What are your barriers to exercise and healthy eating? What strategies can you put in place to overcome them?
We all have excuses, but there are also important things going on in our lives that have an impact on our overall health and fitness. Determine what your barriers (and excuses) are and come up with strategies to overcome them and you are much more likely to succeed!
