Katie began her career as a professional Dancer and while Dancing in London found Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Barre. Becoming a Mum Katie is passionate about giving women the opportunity to work out safely and educating what they can do in order to be able to return to exercise and lifestyle safely.
Katie is currently teaching rehabilitation Pilates & barre at Total Physio in Pukekohe.
Move it Mama was born out of a need to exercise. Lisa needed to exercise to be on top of her game. As busy mum of four boys she needed her exercise regime to be simple, affordable, accessible and achievable; all of which she is committed to delivering with Move it Mama.

Simone is a postnatal rehab specialist, functional Pilates trainer, instructor trainer, masters educated journalist and coach with over 20 years international experience. As a spiritual pragmatist at heart, she enjoys sharing wellness tips to help mama’s along this journey we call life.
Kate Ivey has the online health and fitness community and app for busy women, called DediKate! It includes a number of different workouts that are new each week including resistance training, HIIT, HIRT, resistance band workouts, running/walking workouts and more! All that can be done from home, or anywhere. DediKate also includes recipes, meal plans, running plans and health and wellness advice.
Leanne created ‘To infinity and beyond’ to inspire others with the journey that her life has taken…. the good, the bad and the sometimes ugly! Surviving a brain tumour whilst being a single Mum, Leanne is a true inspiration. She offers personal training in well being, wellness, with so much motivation to boot!
Petra loves to teach Pilates, Yoga and high intensity.
She believes to work on yourself is an important part of the recovery process after giving birth, to find something that you love to do so you can be strong for your baby and for your partner. For her, that is to be active, fitness has always been her passion and vehicle to achieve this - that’s why she completed extra studies in Pre and Postnatal Fitness so she can help other women with their journeys.
