"I'm a mum of four young boys and wife to Dan. I'm also a daughter, a sister, an aunty, a niece, a granddaughter and a friend. (I am also a nurse, a doctor, a referee, a chef, a maid, a personal shopper, a counsellor, a nanny, an entertainer, a coach and a multi-tasking queen etc!)
But, most importantly, I am Lisa. I am me. The best version of me. The sparkly, happy me that I used to be. I'm back. Life can quite often suck the sparkle out of us. Things change, we change, we lose our sparkle. There was a time when I lost myself a bit. It all happened about when I had my first baby. I sort of just felt like I was a mum and that was all.
This is how Move it Mama was born. I wanted to get my sparkle back, and once I'd found the secret (HIIT training) I wanted to share it with other women and mums that I knew. I'd love to welcome you into my fitness family – 'the more the merrier' at Move it Mama!"

Sara Widdowson - Your Monthly

Your Monthly Club is an online space for women to learn about the importance of their hormones, understand period health and why fertility is so much more than simply making babies. Your Monthly was founded by Sara Widdowson, a Dietitian specializing in women’s health and fertility, with the vision of spreading hormone health messages beyond her clinic rooms in Christchurch to women across New Zealand. Your Monthly was created to inspire women to value their health and their bodies including their period. We often hear of women complaining about their monthly being “another thing” to deal with but Sara wants women to learn that having a regular, pain free period is like your bodies monthly report card in terms of overall health. Sara wants women to always have the information they need to make informed decisions and fertility, contraception and health are no exception to that rule. Sara works with women, and couples, in person at a women’s health/fertility clinic in Christchurch as well as via Skype across New Zealand and Australia.

Yoga teaching and my family are my true passions. I have been blessed with an amazing husband and two wonderful children, who let me be who I really am.
I am primarily a Vinyasa Flow teacher, although I adore teaching ALL styles of yoga, because variety is the spice of life! I have certifications in the following disciplines: Bikram, Baron Baptiste Power Yoga, Janet Stone Vinyasa School, Yin Yoga, Pre/postnatal, Children's Yoga, and Yoga for Pain Therapy.
In order to help keep my yoga fire burning bright and share that light with others, I love to be the student, continuing my own education and studies on various aspects of yoga.  My hours of teacher training now exceed over one thousand hours, and I have no intention of stopping!  Some of my most inspirational experiences have been with Janet Stone, Aimee Joy Nitzberg, Sarah Powers, Tiffany Cruikshank and Rod Stryker.
