AMANDA FELL YOGA
Amanda has a Diploma in Yoga, with specialised training in Prenatal Yoga. She has a passion for working with mums to be and children.
Amanda's classes are always an experience, whether they are upbeat and dynamic, or slow and restorative. They are often set to an inspiring playlist that takes you on a journey from start to finish, complements the class and uplifts your practice. Amanda has a fun and friendly approach to teaching, she enjoys bringing this practice to a wide range of people and encourages your individual journey through yoga.
HELEN SIAN INDIA
Helen is a yoga teacher and wellness coach. She's found a way to manage life's overwhelm, with her super accessible, welcoming and relaxing online yoga group. Helen runs Yoga LIVE through Facebook, teaching 3x 20 min live sessions a week for $10/month to help busy, overwhelmed ladies feeling calmer, stretched out and yummy - she wants us all to feel that sense of space and relief we so often crave!
After teaching in studios for 7 years and managing anxiety, she wanted to find a way for women to feel safe, cared for and relaxed without worrying about everything that comes with leaving the house.
Julie is a Life Coach, Nutritional Therapist and Yoga teacher plus a Mum of 2. Julie has worked for herself since 2003 and has partnered with individuals and large organisations to impact how people think, act and ultimately behave. Why? So they can live their best lives.
Julie is honest, open, authentic and truly loves people.
Julie’s vision is to create a space for people to experience first hand a range of wellness, lifestyle and personal leadership tools. This allows individuals to discover what resonates for them so they can choose practices that will make the biggest impact for more extraordinary and fulfilling lives.
Nik is an advocate for ‘healing the whole’. As a corporate escape, Nik holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine with Wellpark Collage of Natural Therapies.
With a Diploma of Yoga from the Himalayan Yoga Institute, she has over nine years of personal yoga practice and five years of teaching experience. RYT200 trained, she is a passionate yoga teacher and fuses her natural leadership qualities alongside her knowledge, passion, experience and LOVE of yoga and mindfulness to create highly specialised and individualised classes. Her aim is to make yoga intentional and accessible for all.
Claire has been teaching yoga and mediation for over 10 years. She has trained and continues to study with some of the world’s leading teachers in different styles/philosophies/types of meditation and yoga. She combine's her own learning with her personal experiences from her own non-negotiable practice and teaches from the heart in an accessible and practical way. She knows that meditation is the key foundation to living a happy, content and peaceful life.
JESS SMITH YOGA
Yoga teaching and her family are her true passions.
Jess is primarily a Vinyasa Flow teacher, although she adores teaching ALL styles of yoga, because variety is the spice of life! She has certification in the following disciplines: Bikram, Baron Baptiste Power Yoga, Janet Stone Vinyasa School, Yin Yoga, Pre/postnatal, Children's Yoga, and Yoga for Pain Therapy.
In order to help keep her own yoga fire burning bright and share that light with others, she loves to be the student, continuing her own education and studies on various aspects of yoga.
BLANK SPACE YOGA
Lizzie has been teaching yoga for 7 years.
Lizzie moved to NZ after her training in India, where she found her place in the yoga community at various Auckland studios for 3 years before expecting her first child. She taught all the way through her pregnancy which gave her a new found respect not only for her body but for her mind.
Lizzie makes sure her practices are light-hearted and fun whilst always respecting the traditions of yoga. They are rhythmical and often co inside with the elements of the Vedic traditions.
Award-winning journalist Rachel Grunwell is a respected wellness expert, magazine wellness columnist (for Good magazine & Indulge magazine) and magazine recipe creator, qualified coach and yoga teacher. On top of that, the mum-of-three is the blogger behind the Inspired Health website which inspires people to move more and live well. She’s one of NZ’s top wellness influencers and has worked with a number of globally renowned brands. Rachel is passionate that being ‘busy’ should not be some crazy badge of honour.
She has used many of the tools in her book to positively uplift her own life – and she shares how you can achieve balance in your life too.
