Alice McOnie | Alice McOnie Fitness
Alice specalises in pre and post natal movement and is a qualified health coach. She runs one on one sessions and group classes for woman and their babes around Auckland.
She focuses on functional movement patterns to support every day movements of new mums and helps woman get their confidence back in their own skin.
She runs an annual fitness getaway to Bali for 6 nights to give mums the opportunity to relax, recharge and reinvigorate whatever spark they feel has perhaps gone missing along the way.
Alice is super excited about being about to share her knowledge with you and other mums alike and is looking forward to meeting you sometime soon.
Marnie Hillier | Ms Marnie
Marnie Hillier is the gal behind Ms Marnie (previously known as Eskimo Nell) - a statement t-shirt brand that is about spreading the message to women that they have everything they need already inside them with slogans that help unleash their inner badass goddess. Marnie has also just started a podcast called Just Me Being Me - No Apology which looks at her, and her guests' journeys to figuring out who they truly are and what kind of life they want to live.
Annaliese Jones | Naturopath
Annaliese Jones has been a practicing naturopath for over 15 years. From her clinic in Auckland she partners mums and families through their various health challenges; be it preconception, pregnancy or paediatric health. Her special interest and years of experience in pregnancy and postpartum care recently culminated in her ebook The Motherhood Guide. She’s the resident naturopath at Nadia magazine and the Health and Nutrition spokesperson for The Natural Parent Magazine. She lives in Auckland with her husband and two boys Ari and Max.
Rachel Grunwell | Inspired Health
Award-winning journalist Rachel Grunwell is a respected wellness expert, magazine wellness columnist (for Good magazine & Indulge magazine) and magazine recipe creator, qualified coach and yoga teacher. On top of that, the mum-of-three is the blogger behind the Inspired Health website which inspires people to move more and live well. She’s one of NZ’s top wellness influencers and has worked with a number of globally renowned brands. Rachel is passionate that being ‘busy’ should not be some crazy badge of honour.
She has used many of the tools in her book to positively uplift her own life – and she shares how you can achieve balance in your life too.
