Sonya Bower | Vitality Lab

Sonya Bower is founder of Vitality Lab. Vitality Lab was inspired by an undying belief we can live happier lives in a state of connected Flow. Too many of us live in a heightened state of being. Where we can never achieve proper rest, we cant absorb nutrients and are over stimulated. At Vitality Lab, we have a unique way of finding and training in a state of Flow! "Find your Flow" simply put it's like the best days of your life.

 

Sonya has a degree in Physical Education and has Adventure Raced for 20 plus years with some amazing teams. What she has learnt is there is a better way to do life. A place where correct movement heals you. Where we need good sleep, good food, a place where we all need our community or our tribe. When we build this we start to see a big change not only in ourselves but it creates a ripple effect in others around us. It reconnects us with our little ones our husbands and friends. But we need to put ourselves first just for a little bit of time each day.
