Meet our presenters
Greer Taffard | Yoga with Greer
Greer is a mum of 3 beautiful children and a yoga teacher at the wonderful Golden Yogi studio in Takapuna.
She teaches Pregnancy Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yang and Mums and Bubs and feels so blessed to experience and share the special journey of people's yoga practice.
She is passionate about connecting within to energize and restore while cultivating peace, love and happiness. So often life's commitments, pressure and 'shoulds' often draw us away from our centre, but yoga has provided Greer with the tools during the ups and downs and share the same this with other mums. She loves how simple yet profound it is to come back to our breath, and move and nourish our bodies in a healing way, a key to self love.
Jo Robertson | Sex Therapist
Jo has a Master’s of Science in Sex Therapy, through Sydney University, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling. She has had 15 years’ experience working in sexual health, through education and counselling.
Jo has a private therapeutic practice specialising in relationship sexual wellbeing, problematic sexual behaviours, sexual dysfunction and relationship breakdown due to betrayal.
She co-founded and facilitates Antenatal classes with a strong focus on postnatal wellbeing and relationship strategies for the parent life. Her discussion will focus on intimacy post babies.
Rachel Velvin | Pilates
Rachel is a qualified Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Mum, lover of exercise and a firm believer of movement for physical and mental well being.
Rachel uses Pilates as part of rehab for injuries, post natal recovery, group classes and self practice. She has 2 young boys and believes that feeling strong and being healthy in body and mind has helped in every stage of the motherhood journey; and allows her to keep up with her energetic boys.
Since becoming a Mum she has developed a greater passion towards helping and empowering pregnant women, new Mums and well practiced Mums. She manages to squeeze workouts into daily life - whether its 10 minutes with the boys or exploring new and old paths when running. Exercise really does provide mental clarity and is a natural mood booster.
Rachel works between Reab on Selbourne in Grey Lynn, Unity Studios in Mount Eden and offer private Pilates sessions at home.
Dr Sarah Bell-Booth | Clinical Psychologist

Helping parents during this challenging life stage is rewarding, as it benefits the well-being of the wider family. Sarah is passionate about mental health and uses an empathic and practical therapeutic approach that draws on evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).
Sarah is also an author of five books that focus on coping strategies for both adults and children.
